The frozen five-hospital pilot workbook and reviewer guide remain downloadable so readers can inspect formulas, denominators, source trails, limitations, and inference controls.
CNO will continue explaining how hospital identities, reporting periods, campus boundaries, missing values, peer groups, and conflicting evidence are handled.
Use it to learn, verify, report, and teach.
You may quote CNO findings, reproduce limited excerpts or screenshots, and discuss the methodology for noncommercial research, journalism, education, public-interest advocacy, or independent verification when you clearly credit the California Nursing Observatory and link to the relevant page.
